Zoho - Manual

These pages constitute a Zoho Howto created as I reviewed various Zoho applications. I'll start with my dashboard. It contains Zoho "widgets" and is arranged in three columns.  I have mail taking all of the left column. In the middle are: calendar, notes, and Zoho CRM accounts. The right hand column contains Tasks, Zoho CRM Tasks, and Zoho CRM Contacts.

When I click on an email topic the email opens in a new tab covering the middle and right hand columns. Clicking on the X on the tab brings them back.
From this screen you can add in each category. You can show or hide a monthly calendar. One can choose whatever widgets that want for the dashboard. I chose these so that from my dashboard I can work on Customer Resource Management. 

Clicking +Add Contact opens this screen:
Add Contact ScreenAccount name is the company. You will have several people in a company under different parts of your CRM system.  Multiple contacts per company. I'll add Stevie Smith the founder of Full Moon Coffeehouse Cough Drops. While we're at it let's add Henry George her executive assistant. Her assistant, Henry George, had called me to say they were interested in learning more about Postbooks.









Now that I have two contacts I can do something with them. I'll add a task.
The subject of the task will be Set appointment for on-site visit, it will be due today,Not Started, High Priority, and the contact will he Henry George.

I just did both of these tasks from a different starting point, from within the CRM module. The main crm screen has these options:
